According to posts on the village’s website, the boil orders are affecting residents from the 4000 to 4200 blocks of North Monroe Avenue and the 1000 to 1200 blocks of East Hazard Avenue.
Fire Departments Respond To Reported Garage Fire In La Salle
A fire broke out Monday afternoon a few blocks northeast of L-P High School. Just past 12:30, La Salle, Peru and Utica firefighters were called about a garage on fire in the 800 block of Lafayette Street. The detached garage was fully engulfed by time crews started arriving. Nobody was hurt in the blaze and it was contained to the garage.
