With each heavy rain, sewage can overflow into rivers and streams, flood our streets, and back up into basements. Rain barrels are a way to reduce stormwater runoff, which can save you water and money. PWSA’s one-time $40 rain barrel credit is available for barrels that hold 50 gallons or more.
