Felony Warrant Leads to Child Endangerment Charges in Hoxie
HOXIE, Ark. — A felony warrant served over the weekend in Hoxie led to the arrest of a man on multiple child endangerment charges. On Saturday, August 24, officers from the Hoxie Police Department served a felony warrant on Allen Winemiller at his residence, a media release said. The warrant for his arrest was for felony and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charges. Once in custody, an SIS compliance check was conducted on the residence where both felony and misdemeanor items were located, according to police, who also added there were four minors in the home.
