DORCHESTER, Texas — Construction is set to begin on a new housing development in Grayson County, north of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, later this week. The Cottonwood development will bring 2,156 residential lots to the nearly 700-acre site located between Sherman and Gunter in the community of Dorchester, according to Farmers Branch-based Centurion American, which is developing the project.
