On July 1, 2024, Byram Police Officers were alerted by the Walmart Asset Protection Team in Byram, MS, regarding a vehicle that had just left the store after shoplifting several items. Officers intercepted the vehicle at a nearby fireworks stand and identified the driver as Sheneqia Harvey.
