Sumter police offer up to $5k reward in search for man wanted in teen’s killing
SUMTER, S.C. (WIS) - A man wanted for killing a teenager in Sumter is on the loose and the police are offering a reward to anyone who can help find him. Police have been looking for Ja’Hugh Martin, 20, from Manning, who was chased by law enforcement Friday into the woods in Clarendon County off Interstate 95 across from Manning High School.
