Panda Express is opening soon in Bellevue. Find out when | Streetwise

BELLEVUE − A new option for American Chinese food will be available next week in Bellevue.

Panda Express , a restaurant chain that specializes in American Chinese cuisine, will open its newest location at 9 a.m. May 6 at 2276 Costco Way, according to a news release. This is the company's second location in the Green Bay area, with another at 2435 S. Oneida St., in Ashwaubenon. As part of the opening day promotion, the restaurant will give away branded T-shirts to the first 88 customers.

Fayzuddin Kurbonov, area coach of operations for the company, said his team is grateful to serve the Bellevue community by providing jobs and supporting local organization through fundraising opportunities.

“We hope to be a lasting part of the community and welcome all guests into our doors to try our American Chinese favorites and discover their own,” Kurbonov said in the release.

Some of the most popular dishes from Panda Express are the original orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. Other items include the Beijing beef, made with a rich sauce with a hint of sweetness, blended with soybean paste, Chinese plums and sesame seeds.

The California-based company said the new location features an updated store design for the restaurant chain, known as Panda Home. The updated store design creates efficiencies for operators and diners to accommodate the increased demand for online ordering and drive-thru.

Local store hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, with the drive-thru open until 9:30 p.m.
