First Turkish restaurant opens, food truck season and more

Welcome to the Streetwise newsletter, where the news comes and finds you!

This week's news start with the opening of Istanbul Fish & Seafood Restaurant in Ashwaubenon. It's the first Turkish restaurant in the area and offers several fish options, seafood and desserts — all made with authentic recipes and fresh ingredients.

Today we published a story about Koi Ramen, an Asian restaurant on the west side. I received several emails in the past asking about this place and managed to gather some information about it.

I also wrote two stories about food trucks. One is about the favorite food trucks voted on by our readers. The other one is about food truck rallies and events where some will be present.

Finally, last week I wrote about tattoo artist, Angel Hernandez, and his new shop in Bellevue. He has an interesting story and also does paintings and murals.
