Which restaurant has your all-time favorite meal? Your food and drink reporter wants to know

GREEN BAY — Your food and drink reporter, Jelissa Burns, is asking for your feedback.

Since December, I've been filling in for The Buzz, Appleton's version of the Streetwise beat. Now that Faith Huey has joined Appleton's team, I can transition back into thoroughly covering the food and drink scene in the Fox Valley and Green Bay area — an undoubtedly large scene to explore.

I've reported on restaurants as they've opened and closed, but it's time to talk about the actual food. The true test of a good restaurant is the customer feedback, so I'd like to hear yours.

I want to highlight the restaurants and meals that our readers love the most. What long-standing restaurants do you always visit? Which restaurants do you recommend to friends and family when they come to town? Which restaurant has your all-time favorite meal, or just your favorite of the week?

Local restaurants and small food-related businesses are often the heart of the community and should be celebrated.

So here's my ask: Send me the name of your current or all-time favorite meal, the name of the restaurant, why you like it, and why you recommend it, and your contact information, incase I have questions. We'll follow up with the establishment and share both your recommendation and their story.
