    Former Packers player, coach Chris Gizzi lists Green Bay house for $1.9 million

    GREEN BAY – Former Green Bay Packers player and coach Chris Gizzi has listed his house at 139 Garden Gate Court for sale for $1,899,900.

    Gizzi bought the house for $542,000 in October 2020. He sold his previous house at 3400 Concerto Lane in the Lake Largo subdivision for $455,500 in January 2021.

    The 7,048-square-foot house has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, including a Kohler Design Showcase Bath, on a .48-acre lot in northwest Green Bay near Oneida Golf Club and Green Bay Botanical Gardens.

    The professionally decorated home includes a second kitchen, a home theater, a jetted tub, sauna, vaulted ceilings, wet bar, walk-out basement, three electric, built-in fireplaces and three-vehicle garage.

    Gizzi appeared in 23 games for the Packers as a linebacker in 2000-01, ranking No. 5 on the team with eight tackles on special teams in 2000.

    He gained national attention when he led the team onto Lambeau Field carrying an American flag during the Monday Night Football Game on Sept. 24, 2001. It was the Packers' first game after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. Gizzi was a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

    He rejoined the Packers in 2014 as strength and conditioning assistant. He was promoted to strength and conditioning coordinator in 2019. The Packers replaced their strength and condition staff after the 2023 season.

    • 1750 Limestone Trail, Ledgeview, owned by former Packers running back Ahman Green. The house, which includes five bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms and a four-car garage, is on 1.21 acres. It is listed for $1.7 million. Green is retired from football. Amanda Bohn of Make A Move Realty LLC is the listing agent.
    • 1071 Hill Drive in Hobart , owned by former Packers defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila. The property, which includes a main house and guest house with a total of 14 bedrooms and 14-1/2 bathrooms, lists for $3.988 million. Gbaja-Biamila is retired from football. Jen Kuo of Platinum Real Estate is the listing agent.
