The Green Bay Packers were without eight players to start the team’s first training camp practice of the 2024 season on Monday.

The following players did not practice:

Quarterback Jordan Love: The Packers starting quarterback won’t be back on the practice field until a new contract is completed.

Receiver Jayden Reed: The second-year receiver is on the non-football injury list after sustaining a toe injury during his recent football camp. The Packers don’t believe it’s serious.

Tight end Tucker Kraft: The second-year tight end remains on the physically unable to perform list while recovering from a torn pectoral. The Packers think he’s ahead of schedule.

Cornerback Corey Ballentine: The veteran cornerback is on the physically unable to perform list. He has a hamstring injury.

Running back MarShawn Lloyd: The rookie running back has a hip injury.

Safety Kitan Oladapo: The rookie safety is on the non-football injury list while recovering from offseason surgery on his toe. He still has a couple of “hurdles” to clear before he’s back on the field, per Brian Gutekunst.

Offensive tackle Caleb Jones: The veteran offensive tackle is on the physically unable to perform list because of a hamstring injury.

Offensive lineman Donovan Jennings: The rookie is on the physically unable to perform list because of a knee injury.
