Ernest, the country singer-songwriter and Morgan Wallen collaborator, to headline Titletown Beats in August

GREEN BAY - Ernest, the country singer-songwriter whose high-profile friends and collaborators include Jelly Roll and Morgan Wallen, will perform at the final Titletown Beats concert of the summer.

The free show will be at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 13 in the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown District across from Lambeau Field, with the stage set up on the west side of Ridge Road. Outlaw’d will open at 6 p.m.

Concertgoers are encouraged to participate in line dancing on Hy-Vee Plaza before the show and dress in themed attire, including flannel shirts, cowboy boots and cowboy hats to get in the spirit before the show.

Ernest’s current album, “Nashville, Tennessee,” has received raves for its traditional country sound. Two of the biggest hits of his career are vocal collaborations with Wallen, “Cowgirls" and “Flower Shops." He co-wrote both, and is also a writer on the Wallen smashes "Wasted on You" and "You Proof" as well as Jelly Roll's "Son of a Sinner" and Kane Brown's "One Mississippi."

Carnival games, a cornhole tournament, henna and temporary tattoo stations and a photo booth will also be part of the day’s activities. Food trucks and food and beverage options will be available throughout Titletown.

There will be free parking in the Titletown and Lambeau Field parking lots. Attendees are asked not to bring carry-in food and beverages, lawn chairs or umbrellas.

Pop-rock band X Ambassadors played the second Titletown Beats concert on Saturday. A performance by Bebe Rexha on June 1 kicked off Titletown's concert season for the Summer Fun Days Showcase.
