The first four months of 2024 saw a 23% decrease in Pennsylvania gun homicides compared to last year, according to the Center for American Progress. Morgan Properties Acquires 11-Property Portfolio in Pennsylvania
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — Morgan Properties, a development and investment firm based in the Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia, has acquired a portfolio comprising 3,434 units across 11 properties in Pennsylvania. Morgan purchased the communities from their original developer, DePaul Management Co. The sale price was not disclosed. Matt Stefanski and Zachary Pierce of Berkadia brokered the transaction.

Cumberland County brewery announces upcoming closure
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — After six years of operation, a family-owned brewery in Cumberland County recently announced that it will be closing at the end of this summer. A locally operated brewery with a taproom at 4830 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, named Mellow Mink Brewing, announced that they would be closing down at some point later this summer.
