Her life will be celebrated in a funeral service on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 1 pm at the chapel of Austin and Bell Funeral in Springfield, officiated by Brother Jon Briggs. Following the service, Neoma will be laid to rest in Springfield Memorial Gardens.
