ALPS Adult Day Services of Greeneville held the 2nd annual Blaine Lawson Memorial Golf Tournament at Link Hills Country Club on June 20, presented by Gateway Ford-Nissan.

On the longest day of the year, participants and guests were reminded of the impact the funds will make to family caregivers served at ALPS Greeneville, especially those with a loved one with dementia.

Teams from around the Tri-Cities enjoyed the morning on the course with a heated competition between teams. This year’s winner was Team Greeneville Federal Bank with a score of 53. The putting green contest was won by Richard Southerland. Josh Misener won the longest drive and Dwayne Wells won the closest to the pin contest.

Organizers thank all who played and were Community Partners for this year’s event, which raised nearly $20,000 to support the family caregivers and their loved ones served at ALPS Greeneville. These funds allow help continue the mission of the founders to provide affordable care built around five principles of dignity, self esteem and independence in a home like setting while keeping the integrity of the family. #lovegrowshere
