    June 3 Greenfield Tornado Information Update

    (Greenfield) The Adair/Guthrie County Emergency Management Agency released information on resources, FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center, and for those needing clothing, food supplies, or household items.

    • Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC): The One Stop Shop for Resources will be open today (Monday) from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Nodaway Valley Elementary School. The complete list of services available is at adaircounty.iowa.gov/tornado.
    • FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is now available at the Nodaway Valley Elementary from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Need clothing, food, supplies, or household items? A list of pickup locations is online at adaircounty.iowa.gov/tornado
    • Follow these steps for housing demolition: Contact your insurance company to have your home demolished. Contact Greenfield Municipal Utilities at 844-580-0810, Option 2. Use a city-approved licensed contractor to demolish your home. If your home’s foundation is being removed, call City Hall to have sewers inspected. If you need help, contact City Hall at 844-580 0810, Option 1.
    • Curfew remains in effect.
