    HRCU coming to Greenland, Confident Med Spa opens in Rochester: Seacoast business news

    HRCU announces Greenland’s Community Credit Union is coming late summer 2024

    GREENLAND – HRCU, a community credit union founded as Holy Rosary Credit Union in Rochester, N.H. in 1962, announces it will open a new full-service branch in Greenland, N.H. in early fall 2024. Located within a new, mixed-use building at 603 Portsmouth Avenue, the new branch will be next to the Greenland Post Office on Route 33.

    HRCU will be Greenland’s first financial institution in 20 years.

    The 2,400-square-foot branch will include a drive-up ATM with an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), as well as full deposit services, wealth management and a complete line of affordable business services, consumer and mortgage loans. Its new space will also include a community coffee lounge that will serve as a place for neighbors and members of the greater community to gather.

    The full-service branch will be open Monday through Saturday. The drive-up ATM/ITM will be accessible 24 hours a day with a nightly drop off for businesses as well.

    Soul Models receives MVSB sponsorship to support summer camps

    PORTSMOUTH — Soul Models recently received a $3,000 sponsorship from MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) and a $5,000 sponsorship from the Drew Cepp Scholarship Fund that will support the nonprofit’s upcoming summer camps. The programs are open to middle school-aged girls in the Seacoast area of southern Maine and New Hampshire.

    “Thanks to these caring community partners, we are excited to once again host three free summer camp opportunities that will run in the Seacoast region,” said Carrie Penna, Executive Director and Lead Program Facilitator. “The camps offer young girls an opportunity to participate in expressive arts, yoga and fun - all while making new friends and learning new skills.”

    NH Tech Alliance announces second cohort for Ascending Leaders in Tech Program

    MANCHESTER - The NH Tech Alliance announces the second cohort for the Ascending Leaders in Tech Program presented by Big Network.

    Ascending Leaders in Tech is an interactive, hands-on program designed for tech professionals to grow their leadership skills.

    This cohort will participate in six class days and learn about a variety of topics including relationship building, finance, mental resilience, executive presence and leadership impact.

    The cohort represents tech professionals who work locally and remote. They are seasoned executives as well as up and coming leaders. The cohort will have the opportunity to work with nearly 30 advisors and facilitators to improve their leadership skills and provide a lasting contribution to the state of New Hampshire.
