(WJFW)- During the gun deer season last fall hunters killed roughly 14% fewer bucks and 27% fewer does in northern Wisconsin compared to the last 5 year average. The natural resources board met in Green Bay and unanimously approved certain recommendations for the 2024 deer season. Certain counties will have new restrictions and new opportunities.
Late rally continues winning streak for Rockers
The Green Bay Rockers answer every challenge from the Lakeshore Chinooks late to salvage a 5-4 win Thursday night. A RBI groundout and two-run homer from Sam Miller made it 3-0 only to have the Chinooks tie it up in the top of the second inning. It would stay that way until the seventh inning when Jake Bold singled in Lukas Torres to make it 4-3.
