Officials: Mother, stepfather charged after 2-year-old shot in head in Simpsonville
SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said an arrest has been made after a two-year-old died from a gunshot wound to the head on Monday. Officials said the situation began sometime on Monday when family members took the child to Prisma Health Hillcrest Hospital for treatment.
