SIMPSONVILLE — A 2-year-old toddler died of what deputies believe was a self-inflicted gunshot to the head after they say he found a gun inside his home. Family brought Zane Sebastian Burgess, to the Hillcrest Hospital emergency room around 8:25 p.m. July 15, according to a Greenville County Sheriff's Office news release.
