Philadelphia police are investigating after a delivery partner for Amazon fired gunshots during an altercation with a school bus aide.The alleged gunman has been identified as 28-year-old Terrel Hall-Williams. He has been charged with aggravated assault and other offenses.It happened shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday on the corner of 17th and Christian streets in South Philadelphia.This all started when police say a camp bus driver was unable to make a turn due to a parked Amazon van.Officials tell Action News the aide on the bus got out and asked one of the delivery drivers to move.
