Black bear spotted in Farmington
FARMINGTON, Mo. (KFVS) - Another bear was spotted in Missouri, this time in Farmington. According to Lieutenant Christopher Doran with the Missouri Department of Conservation, the black bear was seen by multiple people in Farmington on Saturday, July 27. Along with the Farmington Police Department, the MDC worked on trying to safely get the bear out of the area.
Dangers of driving simulation for teenagers
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KBSI) – The Drury Plaza Hotel in Cape Girardeau hosted a simulation to teach teenagers the importance of driving safely. Traction Teen Traffic Safety Program partnered with the Cape Girardeau Fire Department to create a mock accident. They remind everyone to “buckle up and put the phone down.”
