    Weekend events include Bicycle Film Festival, Los Tigres del Norte, TNA Impact Wrestling

    The fall season has arrived, offering many events to enjoy in the Upstate. These include festivals, pumpkin patches, outdoor concerts, and community gatherings.

    Here is a list of events taking place in the Upstate this weekend.

    Bicycle Film Festival

    Bicycle Film Festival Greenville returns on September 28 at the Peace Center. EF Education-ONTO Cycling hosts the event.

    Bicycle Film Festival has been celebrating bicycles through art, film, and music for the past 24 years. BFF is held in over 100 cities worldwide and attracts an audience of over one million people.

    BFF Greenville will present two film programs: "Hard Miles" (a feature film starring Matthew Modine) at 3 p.m. Saturday and "BFF Cinematic Shorts" at 6:15 p.m. Saturday. Each program is around 100 minutes. Tickets are $15-$20.

    Valet Bike Parking will be provided in front of the Gunter Theater.

    The Peace Center Concert Hall is located on the SW corner of Broad St. and Main St. in downtown Greenville.

    Los Tigres del Norte

    Los Tigres del Norte has been called "the most influential regional Mexican group" by Billboard magazine and "the genre's greatest statesmen" by the New York Times. They are well known for their Spanish-language ballads, cumbias, and ranchers.

    Los Tigres del Norte will perform at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

    "Boasting a career that spans more than five decades, these beloved norteños continue to inspire legions of fans from both sides of the border," according to their bio on Bon Secour Wellness Arena's website.

    Tickets range from $49-$199.

    TNA Wrestling

    Editor's Note: The Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium has updated dates for this show. Show times are now on Sunday and Monday.

    TNA Wrestling will be at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, 385 N. Church St., at 7 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.

    Tickets range from $22-$77.

    Walking Tour

    The September Downtown Spartanburg Walking Tour, sponsored by Spartanburg History, will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Admission is $10 per person. Go to spartanburghistory.org/events to register.

    Inman Harvest Day Festival

    The Inman Harvest Day Festival will take place from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

    Harvest Day attracts 20,000 visitors to downtown Inman. More than 150 local and regional vendors will be present, and there will be music, entertainment, street performers, and plenty of food.

    Main Street Stage

    9 a.m. -- National Anthem

    9:15 a.m. -- Star Makers

    Fall Festival

    The St. James UMC Fall Festival, located at 213 N. Lanford Road, will take place from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. and includes the largest yard sale on the west side of Spartanburg, delicious food, a silent auction, vendors, a balloon artist, face painting, and more. The event is rain or shine.

    No debit/credit cards are accepted for items the church is selling, but vendors may accept them for purchases.

    The festival will include:

    --Famous homemade apple pies you can take home and bake and other delicious treats in the bake sale.--A balloon man and face painting starting at 10 a.m.--A silent auction..--Fruit of the Harvest booth will have homemade salsa, jams, jellies, and crafts.--Chicken and pork barbecue plates prepared by the United Methodist Men of St. James.--Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be available for sale.

    This festival supports United Methodist ministries.

    Autumn Festival

    The Autumn Festival will be held in Greenville on Friday, September 27, and Saturday, September 28, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Greenville State Farmers Market at 1354 Rutherford Road. Admission is free.

    The South Carolina Department of Agriculture sponsors this event.

    Rail Festival

    The Rail Festival will take place at Greer City Park, 301 E Poinsett St., on Saturday, September 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free.

    Admission to the four-hour event is free and includes model trains, train museums, trackless trains, free face painting and balloons, inflatables, food trucks, and live music.

    Free kid's train crafts will be located inside City Hall. Children and adults can enter the event to win prizes such as scenic train rides, model trains, and more. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase.

    Project Host BBQ Cook-off and Festival

    The Project Host BBQ Cook-off and Festival will occur on September 27 and 28 at Fluor Field at the West End in Greenville The event will feature BBQ competitions, music, a Kids Zone, and more. Admission is free, but tickets for food and activities will also be available for purchase.

    Project Host is a Greenville-area nonprofit that helps fight food insecurity by feeding the hungry through its soup kitchen and kids' cooking program and training and educating the unemployed and underemployed in its CC Pearce Culinary School and HostMobile food truck and bakery.

    All funds raised will help support their programming and services.

    Fall for Spartanburg Festival

    The city of Spartanburg is hosting a free, family and dog-friendly Fall for Spartanburg Festival on Dunbar and Magnolia Streets at Cara Bella Boutique , 134 Magnolia St. The festival will occur on Saturdays, September 28, starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. It will feature live music, artisans, and crafters.

    Visitors will also be able to explore various items from local vendors, including handmade crafts, unique gifts, and treats. Cara Bella Boutique offers a wide selection of clothing, accessories, home decor, and gifts.

    Fall on the Farm at Stewart Farms

    Fall on the Farm at Stewart Farms will run through October 27, on Fridays to Sundays at 6600 Highway 92 in Enoree. Admission is free, but activities are priced individually ($5-$12 per activity), and pumpkins are sold at 60 cents per pound.

    The event will feature a pumpkin patch, tractor ride, peanut-themed corn maze, nighttime maze, and wagon rides.

    Denver Downs Fall Festival

    The Denver D owns Fall Festival returns from September 27 through November 10 in Anderson County. Activities start at different times daily. Click here to check the full schedule. The event will feature a pumpkin patch, corn maze, live music, a kid's play area, food vendors, bonfires, and more.

    The farm also offers a variety of food options, such as barbecue sandwiches, funnel cakes, cotton candy, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

    Denver Downs Farm has been in operation since 1869. It first produced cotton and then dairy and now provides agritourism and live entertainment.

    Midland with Colby Acuff

    Wendell's Outdoor Amphitheater , 5132 Highway 29 S in Anderson, will host a musical concert featuring Colby Acuff on Friday, September 27. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the show starts at 7 p.m.

    General admission is $35, pit tickets are $65, and the Midland Deluxe VIP package is $180. Click here to purchase tickets: bit.ly/MidlandSep27. Visitors can only bring lawn chairs in the general admission area.
