Popular Greenville brewery abruptly closes after 5 years in business

A popular Woodruff Road-area brewery in Greenville abruptly closed after five years in business.

HabiTap, 132 Miller Road, announced on its website and on social media that it has closed.

“After five incredible years of serving up craft beers and memories, we have made the difficult decision to close HabiTap’s doors,” the announcement stated.

“From the bottom of our hears, we want to thank every member of our community who walked through our doors, shared a pint, and made those years truly special. Your support has meant the world to us.”

The brewery also included “scratch-made” food and specialty cocktails, according to its website.

No reason was given for the closure.
