    Ross Kester of Pintail represented the buyer in the purchase of a 32,300-square-foot industrial building at 101 Pelham Davis Circle in Greenville.


    Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented landlord, Verdae Properties LLC, in lease renewal negotiations with CATO of SC LLC, which leased retail space at Market Place Shopping Center, 2435 Laurens Road in Greenville.


    Frank Hammond of Colliers represented CRO Holdings LLC in the sale of 0.6 acres of land at 115 State Park Road in Greenville to Nicks at Cherrydale Inc.


    Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 6,528 square feet of office space in Suite 200 at 301 N. Main St. in Greenville to Seven Victory LLC.


    John Gray of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Flor Maria Hernandez Calero, in a lease renewal of 9,743 square feet of retail space at 1425 Woodruff Road in Greenville.

    Midlands

    Ryan McCue of Colliers represented Ridge Polo LLC in the sale of 13.9 acres of land on Irving Road in Ridge Spring.


    John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia leased 400 Northeast Drive in Columbia. The industrial property includes 4,550 square feet of space.


    Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold 77 acres at Farrow Road and Interstate 77 in Blythewood for $2,723,035.


    Jack Springs of NAI Columbia sold a 2,596-square-foot building at 10350 Wilson Blvd. in Blythewood. The 1.31-acre property sold for $615,000.


    Mike Johnson and Bill Lamar of NAI Columbia sold 32 acres at 1336 Rabbit Lane in Conway for $466,000.


    Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,055-square-foot office space at 3618 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia.


    Jake Nidiffer, Nick Stomski and Ryan Causey of Trinity Paratners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 302-304 Little Brooke Lane in West Columbia for $2,586,000.


    Dail Longaker of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 5,145-square-foot medical office building at 1755 St. Julian Place in Columbia for $2 million.


    Rob Lapin represented the seller in the sale of a 54,017-square-foot restaurant building at 5400 Forest Drive in Columbia for $2 million.
