Project description: Last spring, we completed Phase 1 which involved renovating existing spaces, giving rise to a cutting-edge technology center. We also revamped the production area, offices and amenities space to ensure a seamless and innovative work environment. The momentum continues in current Phase 2 which will add high-end features in new sales offices, flex spaces, canteen, training rooms, and conference areas. The exterior will also receive a makeover with faade improvements.

Project description: The new SPD 5 elementary school broke ground in late 2022. The 126,867-square-foot, two-story school is a replacement school for the existing Wellford Academy and is anticipated to accommodate up to 900 students to help alleviate the growth in the area. The modern, efficient and environmentally responsible design evolved from its rich agricultural context while simultaneously embracing the rise of manufacturing along the Interstate 85 corridor through form, material and program.

Project description: This project consists of new construction of two new additional vegetable production greenhouses (Phase 2) to match existing ones constructed by SouthCon Building Group in 2022 (Phase 1). The new facility provides additional laboratory space as part of the USDA’s partnership with Clemson University. The two completed phases provide a total of 4,800 square feet of additional space.

The project features enhanced walkability, high-end architectural design and two public green spaces to host community activities. Phase I is under construction with Phase II slated to start soon.

Project description: This project includes 306 for-rent residential apartments on approximately 11.82 acres. There are six four-story residential buildings. One of these building has retail and residential leasing and amenities on the first level below a podium with three residential stories above. Another building includes a 2,000-square-foot clubroom. There also are four two-story buildings with two units above six garage bays and a separate maintenance building.
