GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – A Greenville bar announced Thursday morning that the restaurant will no longer serve alcoholic beverages.

The Local Cue at 30 Orchard Park Drive Suite 7 said they will no longer serve beer, wine or alcohol due to recent alcohol liability requirements.

“For the past ten years, our greatest joy has been creating a safe and supportive environment for our hard-working employees and community,” Local Cue said. “We will continue to serve our community with the passion and dedication you’ve come to expect from us.”

The restaurant said the kitchen will remain open for lunch and dinner to serve food.

“Despite this setback, we remain committed to staying open and serving delicious food because, plain and simple, it’s what we love to do,” Local Cue said.

7NEWS previously reported that the Palmetto Brothers Dispensary and Blind Horse Saloon closed this year due to similar reasons regarding the liquor liability requirements.

HabiTap also announced its closure this year but did not release any reason for their decision.
