Eureka search warrant leads to exploitation, drug possession charges
A preliminary hearing is ahead in a child exploitation and drug possession case beginning in Greenwood County. Ralph Wayne Steely faces one count of sexual exploitation after allegedly possessing “visual depiction” of at least one child under the age of 18 and involved in explicit conduct. He also faces singles counts of possession marijuana, methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
