Red Cross in need of donors at Stars & Stripes Blood Drive at UAW Local 862 Union Hall
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The American Red Cross is encouraging people to donate blood this summer. The Red Cross held the fifth annual Stars and Stripes holiday blood drive on Tuesday at the UAW Local 862 Union Hall. Pam Greer-Ullrich, account manager at American Red Cross, said the goal was to collect 140 units of blood on Tuesday, July 2 and another 125 units on Wednesday, July 3.
