Greenwood gas price survey: Cheapest station saves $0.24 per gallon

(GREENWOOD, SC) Depending on where you fill up in Greenwood, you could be saving up to $0.24 per gallon on gas.

According to a survey by GasBuddy, Stop-A-Minit at 1205 Byp Sc-72 Ne was the cheapest station in the area, with regular listed at $2.72 per gallon at the pumps Wednesday. That was compared to Sunoco at 2504 Montague Ave Ext, where a gallon of regular was selling for $2.96.

Of course, gas prices change day-to-day, and which station is cheapest in the city can change, too. Across the greater Greenwood area, GasBuddy recorded the average price of gas at $2.82 per gallon for regular.
