    When it comes to numbers: 1, 2, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 26 it's more likely that the reason they no longer want to do these things is basically down to the fact that these require effort. Effort equates to work and well, enough said there. Number 9 is probably due to their inability to write legibly and / or in cursive. Finally, number 25 requires something other than isolation and pushing a button.
