Sandy McClain leaves children unattended in Walmart parking lot while getting her hair done
59-year-old Sandy McClain was caught leaving her grandchildren unattended in the back of her blue Chevy Trax in the Walmart parking lot on Fort Campbell Boulevard on July 29th.
