California Coffee Shop Now Open in Tempe

If you’re always on the hunt for the next quick cup of coffee on the go, you do have a number of options around greater Phoenix. Drive-through lines make it easier, so if you’re on your way to work you don’t have to rush in, wait for your order, and rush out (all while trying not to spill that mocha frap latte onto your suit before the big presentation). However, if you don’t like Starbucks, or you find the beans have an almost burned taste to the roast, there are other options. This includes a recently introduced small-batch coffee roaster from San Diego, which has officially opened its second Valley location.

Better Buzzed Coffee Roaster is a bright, fun spot that not only offers an exceptional lineup of drinks but has fun t-shirts as well. Each location has unique, city-specific shirts, mugs, and hats, all done up in retro logos. So, if you enjoy the classic store designs of the 1940s and 50s, make sure to check it out. Of course, if you don’t care about that and want to know more about the coffee, the all-new spot is now open in Tempe. The cafe and drive-through shop is located at 550 West Elliot Road and is open every day from 5 AM until 9 PM.

As for the coffee, the handcrafted beverages include the Best Drink Ever (americano, plus signature creamy vanilla), Horchata Iced Latte, Mint INfused Iced Coffee, Moroccan Spice Iced Coffee, , Hazelnut Diviity, Killer Bee (combination coffee and espresso), plus all kinds of flavors, like Honey Latte, Vanilla Latte, White Mocha Latte, Mocha de Mexico, and Snickerdoodle Latte.

Don’t want a bunch of added flavors pumped into your coffee? Not a problem there either. You can order a traditional black (with cream and sugar to your liking), plus a latte, cappuccino, americano, macchiato, cortado, and espresso. There are a number of teas and smoothies, and readily on top you’ll find a cold brew, nitro cold brew, and Cinnamon Cream cold brew.

To help with any munchies, there are various bowls, different toasts (3-Seed Avocado, Feta Avocado, and Almond Butter + Jam), as well as a number of sandwiches (Bacon Ciabatta, Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap, Turkey Pesto, and Caprese).
