Court records: 2 men accused of tampering with evidence in Short North shooting that left 10 injured
COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Franklin County grand jury indicted two men in connection to the shooting in the Short North Arts District in June that left 10 people injured. Rondell Mallory Jr., 22, was charged with tampering with evidence, according to the indictment. Gabriel Hunter, 19, was charged with tampering with evidence and having a weapon while under disability. The indictment states that Hunter’s weapons charge stems from a March 2022 conviction for a weapons offense.
