Man with an active warrant sought in Allegany County
CUBA, N.Y. — An Allegany County police department is searching for a man with an active warrant. Harry Strong, 18, was first arrested Monday afternoon when the Cuba Police Department said he allegedly stole a family's pet cat. He was charged with trespassing, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and filing a false written statement, then released on an appearance ticket.
