Putnam common pleas

Garrett Schroeder, 19, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, one a fourth-degree felony, the other two first-degree misdemeanors; illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a fifth-degree felony; and menacing by stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 13. The fifth-degree felony charge was amended from a second-degree felony.

Samantha Manson, 42, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was granted drug treatment in lieu of conviction and placed under supervision for two years on condition she complete a treatment program at Westwood Behavioral Health Center.

An indictment against Corbin Voirol, Continental, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, was dismissed.
