UPD: Sonoma County man arrested after thefts, assaults at Ukiah businesses
A Sonoma County man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly assaulting employees while stealing items from at least two Ukiah businesses, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers responded to a restaurant in the 200 block of South Orchard Avenue when an employee (identified only as a 38-year-old Ukiah man) reported being assaulted by a man who ate there without paying for his food.
