Decision made for Troy’s planning commission
Leaders in Troy came together at the city council meeting on Thursday to vote on the mayor’s proposal to replace the current planning commission, also known as local law three. NEWS10 was at the meeting that decided the fate of the mayor’s request.

Rare Fungus That Kills Tens of thousand Of Trees Now In New York
A fungus that was first found in Wisconsin is now threatening trees in New York State. The New York State DEC wants New Yorkers to check on oak trees. "Be on the lookout for oak wilt throughout NYS! Altamont says it has enough water for boutique hotel in former Young Center
ALTAMONT — Nothing was committed, only acknowledged to the developer of a proposed 30-room hotel on the site of the former Peter Young Center.
