One dead after collision involving electric bike
COBLESKILL, NY (WRGB) — State Police are investigating after a collision between a car and an electric bicycle that proved fatal. On Thursday, August 29, at about 2:13 p.m., Troopers responded to the intersection of State Route 10 and Hill Road in Seward, NY, for the reports of a vehicle that collided with an electric bike. Investigation found that the electric bicycle being operated by Mackenzie T. Bamberger, 22, of Cobleskill, entered the intersection from Hill Road and was struck by a vehicle northbound on State Route 10. The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped and called for emergency services.
