In addition, selling the property would require the city to lease the building back from the buyer while a new Municipal Services Center (MSC) is under construction. Times Publishing names new president as DeLuca retires
The Times Publishing Co., which includes the Tampa Bay Times and Tampa Bay Newspapers, will get a new president and chief operating officer this fall.
