Dresses for Pink hosts Christmas Ball

By Jamal Thomas Montgomery, AL- Dresses for Pink hosted its Inaugural Christmas Ball on Sunday evening. The organization helps provide resources for individuals and their families affected by cancer. The event was held at the COD Event Center. Local residents Icon Robinson and Ayanna Maxwell shared their stories and experiences about surviving cancer. Psalmist Kwatasian Hunt and Psalmist La’ticia C. Ezell graced the audience through song. Special guests were Montgomery County Probate Judge JC Love, Judge Monet Gaines. And Judge JR Gaines. The Girfriends Circle assisted with the event and P-Well Productions provided musical entertainment. Jeanette Bowling is the Board President of Dresses For Pink. “We were able to bless 15 familes for Christmas” she said. “This event is magical.”
