HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A child nearly drowned on Tuesday, according to a Henderson County fire department. Payne Springs Fire and Rescue said that at around 10:13 Tuesday morning they responded to a call in the Enchanted Oaks area. EMS also responded, they said. They found a 3-year-old child who had nearly drowned in the lake, and began life-saving measures.
