Downtown drivers: A block near Coors Field is closed this weekend for cornhole
Downtown Denver’s had a lot of road closures lately, and this weekend’s may be the weirdest. 21st Street is shuttered this weekend from Blake to Market streets so people can throw beanbags into holes — a cornhole tournament. The closure stretches one block, for the event that starts at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 23 and ends at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25. The road should be open again by Monday morning.
