Woman Charged With Fleeing From Law Enforcement
A woman was charged with fleeing from law enforcement with a child in the vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard Thursday night. Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Izabel-Maribel Ical-Coy for speeding. She stopped and then continued before coming to a final stop on Walnut Street.
Former Kentucky guard Rob Dillingham dominates in Summer League finale
Former Kentucky Wildcats guard Rob Dillingham’s up-and-down Summer League performance finished on a high note Sunday when the No. 8 overall pick tallied 25 points and 12 assists in Minnesota’s 115-100 win over Orlando. Dillingham shot 11-18 from the field and 3-7 from three in the contest, also grabbing three rebounds and a pair of steals. Wanted Tennessee man arrested in Logan County
RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) - A man wanted out of Tennessee was arrested in Logan County on Friday evening following a high-speed chase and a foot pursuit. Around 5 p.m. Friday, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office located a vehicle matching the description of one used in an alleged prior shoplifting at Farmer’s Home Furniture in Russellville, according to a citation obtained by WBKO.
Two-vehicle wreck on Liberty Street results in possible injuries
A two-vehicle wreck at the intersection East 7th and Liberty Streets resulted in possible injuries on Friday. According to a report from Hopkinsville Police, Tara Randolph of Elkton was driving west on East 7th Street approaching the Liberty Street intersection. Randolph reportedly told first responders that she thought the intersection was a four-way stop when it is actually a two-way stop with stop signs on East 7th Street.
