Names Released In West 2nd Street Crash
Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man injured in a wreck on West 2nd Street in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon. Hopkinsville Police say a car driven by 55-year-old James Bland of Hopkinsville was eastbound when it collided with a northbound SUV driven by 36-year-old Keir Majors on South McPherson Avenue.
Cadiz Road wreck results in injuries
Three people were transferred to the hospital following a traffic accident at the intersection of Cadiz Road and Major Lane on Sunday. According to a police report, Emily Noland of Hopkinsville was traveling northbound on Major Lane before stopping at the intersection of Cadiz Road. Noland began to turn right before realizing she was supposed to make a left turn. She reportedly attempted to correct the mistake but did not notice an oncoming car.
