Stoughton man arrested after police chase, officials say
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Stoughton man is facing charges after allegedly leading police on a chase through Fennimore Sunday morning, Grant County Sheriff’s Office said. Police said they tried to pull a vehicle over that had heavy front-end damage. The 27-year-old driver then began to speed away at 96 miles-per-hour, which was more than twice the speed limit.
Man from Davenport, IA arrested after 3 vehicle accident in Boscobel
On Sunday around 9:00 pm, Grant County Dispatch received a 911 call of a three-vehicle crash south of the City of Boscobel. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office responded and identified 55-year-old Frank Klee of Davenport, IA as the driver of vehicle that had lost control and struck a guardrail. Frank’s vehicle came to rest in the lane of traffic, causing blockage. Two other vehicles collided attempting to avoid the blockage causing disabling damage to both vehicles. The drivers of those vehicles were 38-year-old Jordan Powers of Lancaster and a 31-year-old Grace Ideker, of Onalaska, WI. Only minor injuries were reported by the parties involved. Grant County Deputies investigated and arrested Klee for Operating while Intoxicated – 1st Offense. The passenger in Klee’s vehicle, 29-year-old Hailey Perez of Davenport, IA, was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Boscobel Police Department, Boscobel Fire Department, Boscobel EMS, and Terry’s Tire and Tow assisted at the scene.
