    A fruit smoothie bowl makes a great breakfast or snack that's healthy and refreshing! Check out the recipe for homemade granola too!



    Easy Fruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe


    Ingredients:

    • Smoothie Base:
      • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
      • 1 banana
      • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
      • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
      • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
    • Toppings:

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Smoothie Base:
      • In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup.
      • Blend until smooth and thick. You want a thicker consistency than a typical smoothie, so add more frozen fruit or less liquid if needed.
    2. Assemble the Smoothie Bowl:
      • Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
      • Arrange the sliced banana, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries on top of the smoothie base.
      • Sprinkle granola over the top.
    3. Serve:
      • Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy your refreshing and nutritious smoothie bowl!
