    Start your day off right with this quick and delicious Breakfast Burrito! Packed with ham, eggs, and melted cheese, it's the perfect blend of flavors to fuel your morning.



    Cheesy Ham & Egg Breakfast Roll-Up


    Ingredients:

    • 4 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 cup diced ham
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
    • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Eggs:
      • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    2. Cook the Eggs:
      • In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
      • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit for a few seconds until it begins to set.
      • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges towards the center.
      • When the eggs are about halfway cooked, add the diced ham.
      • Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked and the ham is heated through.
    3. Warm the Tortillas:
      • While the eggs are cooking, warm the tortillas. You can do this by heating them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
    4. Assemble the Burritos:
      • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
      • Spoon a quarter of the egg and ham mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
      • Sprinkle a quarter of the shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
      • If using, add a spoonful of salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
    5. Roll the Burritos:
      • Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
      • Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up, ensuring the filling is fully enclosed.
    6. Serve:
      • Serve the burritos immediately while they're warm. Enjoy!
