This peanut butter fudge recipe is incredibly easy to make, with just a few basic ingredients and simple steps—perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a quick and delicious treat!

    Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup whole milk
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Pan:
      • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter. Set aside.
    2. Melt Sugar, Butter, and Milk:
      • In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and milk.
      • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Continue to boil for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    3. Add Peanut Butter:
      • Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and fully incorporated.
    4. Incorporate Powdered Sugar:
      • Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and well combined. The fudge will start to thicken as you stir.
    5. Transfer and Set:
      • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
      • Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
    6. Cut and Serve:
      • Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper (if you used it) and cut it into small squares.

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for a firmer texture up to 2 weeks.
