Roseland Issues Reminder to Residents About Guidelines for Curbside Debris
ROSELAND, NJ -- The Roseland Department of Public Works (DPW) noted that a significant amount of storm debris has recently been found clogging catch basins and storms drains, including branches, yard waste bags and trash bags. The borough issued a reminder notice to residents that its ordinance for the disposal of solid waste states that items are to be placed curbside the night preceding the collection day using the approved method.
